What is the return policy?
You can return unused, unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Contact us first to arrange the return. You pay return postage if you've changed your mind, and we pay if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return. Products made, mixed or tinted to your specification can't be returned unless they're faulty. When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, so the total estimated delivery time is 3–6 working days from order.
Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed from the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and UnionPay. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna or a Resin Coatings Direct gift voucher. How much does shipping cost?
UK delivery is a flat £9.99 per order, including VAT, for any order size and any UK address. The charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing else is added. We deliver to the UK only. Full Shipping Policy
