Cancelling before your order is dispatched
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days, so please contact us as soon as possible. Call +44 1282 270214 (Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 UK time) or email sales@resincoatingsdirect.co.uk with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched, we cancel it and email you a cancellation confirmation. We refund the full amount you paid, including the delivery charge, to your original payment method within 5 working days of cancelling.
Cancelling after your order is dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot stop it in transit. As a consumer, you can still cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. Tell us within that period, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unused and unopened in their original sealed containers. You pay the cost of return postage for change-of-mind cancellations. If you cancel your whole order, we refund the delivery charge you paid. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
Products made or mixed to your specification
Products made, mixed or tinted to your specification, such as custom colour-matched or tinted-to-order products where offered, cannot be cancelled for change of mind once we have started preparing them, unless they are faulty.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, if we cannot deliver to the address given, or if payment cannot be verified. If we cancel your order, we will tell you by email and refund everything you paid, including delivery, to your original payment method.
