You can return unused, unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Contact us first to arrange the return. You pay return postage if you've changed your mind, and we pay if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. When will I get my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, so the total estimated delivery time is 3–6 working days from order.

Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed from the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
