Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on resincoatingsdirect.co.uk, operated by Resin Coatings Direct (a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd), Unit 1B, Summit Works, Manchester Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 5HG, United Kingdom.

Summary

  • Delivery area: United Kingdom only. We do not ship outside the UK.
  • Delivery cost: flat rate of £9.99 per order (Standard UK delivery), including VAT. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Order cut-off: 2pm (UK time), Monday to Friday.
  • Handling time: 1–2 working days.
  • Transit time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 3–6 working days from order.

Order processing

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day are processed from that day; orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are processed from the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. When your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. Delivery then usually takes 2–4 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed by the carrier, bad weather or other events outside our control.

Delivery charges

We charge a flat delivery fee of £9.99 (including VAT) per order for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. There are no additional delivery charges added after checkout.

Late or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please check your tracking information first. If there is still no update after 2 additional working days, contact us at sales@resincoatingsdirect.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) at sales@resincoatingsdirect.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
